Led the design layout and production of APS News for the American Physical Society, a newsletter published 11 times annually with a special extended issue highlighting Prizes and Awards recipients. The project required balancing fixed page counts with varying content and imagery, including a double-length edition with dense information. I collaborated closely with the editor to streamline workflows, reducing production time by 50 percent, and coordinated with the printer on proofing and distribution to a 19,000-person audience. I also developed a process guide to support continuity across the design team.
